I continued my tour of North Bedfordshire sewer assets, (it's a glamorous job!), with a visit to Renhold pumping station, together with representatives fromAnglian Water - Love Every Drop, the Parish Council and Bedford Borough Councillor Nicky Gribble.
Feedback on sewage treatment is invariably bad so it was reassuring to hear that there hasn’t been an incident (storm overflow) in Renhold for almost 2 years, since January 2024.
Next stop, Thurleigh Water Recycling Centre in a few weeks time!
