BedsRCC (Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity) is an organisation that has been supporting rural communities for over 70 years.
We have been commissioned by Renhold Parish Council to carry out a second Housing Needs Survey, as the first one we did will be out of date in 2026. A Housing Needs Survey is the first step in establishing what affordable housing is required to fulfil the local need. The survey is delivered to every household in the parish and provides the opportunity for all residents to identify if someone in their household needs alternative, affordable accommodation. The results of this are then reported on to the Parish Council, providing guidance on what size, type and tenure the people in the village need now and in the future. The survey will be distributed over the weekend 15th and 16thFebruary. Please ensure you take this opportunity to complete the survey.
