NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of RENHOLD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
RENHOLD VILLAGE HALL, WILDEN ROAD
from 7:00pm on Thursday 18th June 2026. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out below. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1. Welcome by Chair, apologies for absence, declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest to be received
2. OPEN FORUM – members of the public invited to speak
3.1 Planning and Development – for full Council to consider:
a) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00724/MAO Outline application for up to 330 dwellings, open space, drainage, footpath improvements and vehicular access with all matters reserved other than access at Land Off Hookhams Lane – to note Parish Council objection being collated by professional planning consultant on track to be submitted to local authority by end of June
b) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00927/LDE Use of the building known as Plot D (Red Robin Lodge), Water Lane, Renhold, Bedford, as a single self-contained dwelling house (Use Class C3). The application relates to the whole building and associated residential curtilage within the application site edged red on the submitted location plan. The building has been used continuously for residential purposes for a period exceeding four years at Plot D, Water Lane
3.2 Planning and Development – ratification of submitted comments by Parish Council to East West Rail public consultation
3.3 Renhold Neighbourhood Plan to record it has been made (adopted) in Bedford Borough
3.4 Planning and Development: agree responses to Applications received after the publication of the agenda if applicable
4. Borough Councillor Report
5. FINANCE AND POLICY MATTERS to include
a) Quotations for consideration – re-siting of SID at Ravensden Road, defibrillator installation
b) Invoices to be paid
c) Internal audit report to received and reviewed
d) To review and consider approval of Annual Return Section 1 and 2
6. To resolve to sign as a true and accurate record the minutes of the full Council meeting dated 14th May 2026, matters arising to be covered for information only
7. Correspondence and Information received items not covered on agenda (for information only) to include Changes to the Localism Act 2011
8. Close of Meeting – DATE and TIME OF NEXT MEETING – 23rd July at 7pm at Renhold Village Hall
