NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that an extraordinary meeting of RENHOLD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
RENHOLD CHAPTER HOUSE, CHURCH END
from 1:00pm on Tuesday 30th June 2026. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out below. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

1. Welcome by Chair, apologies for absence, declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest to be received
2. OPEN FORUM – members of the public invited to speak
3. FINANCE MATTERS to include
a) Internal audit report to received and reviewed
b) To review and consider approval year end 2025/26 accounts to include completion of Annual Return Section 1 and 2
4. Close of Meeting – DATE and TIME OF NEXT MEETING – 23rd July at 7pm at Renhold Village Hall
