NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of RENHOLD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
RENHOLD VILLAGE HALL, WILDEN ROAD
from 7:00pm on Thursday 10th September 2026. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out below. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1. Welcome by Chair, apologies for absence, declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest to be received
2. OPEN FORUM – members of the public invited to speak
3.1 Planning and Development – for full Council to consider:
a) New National Planning Policy Framework implementation – feedback from Parish Council briefing with Borough Council to aid understanding of how the new changes will impact on how planning applications are to be determined
b) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00724/MAO Outline application for up to 330 dwellings, open space, drainage, footpath improvements and vehicular access with all matters reserved other than access at Land Off Hookhams Lane – update from Planning Officer
c) APPLICATION NO:- 26/01436/S73A Single storey front and rear extensions, garage conversion, raised roof height and hip to gable and flat roof rear dormer, render and insulation to existing walls (development already carried out) at Grasmere 68 Hookhams Lane
d) APPLICATION NO:- 26/01629/COU Change of use to C2 (Residential Children’s Home) at 16 Maskell Drive
3.2 Planning and Development: agree responses to Applications received after the publication of the agenda if applicable, ratification of comments for 26/01358/FUL Two storey front and side extensions, front dormers, detached garage and studio at Hillcrest Cottage Water Lane, and to note notification of planning appeal in parish
3.3 Planning and Development: consideration of Neighbourhood Plan Implementation Group to include Terms of Reference
4. Borough Councillor Report to include update on trees on the Green at Green End, dropped kurb request for Brickfield Road, Langlands Road hedge issue and surface outside All Saints Church
5. FINANCE AND POLICY MATTERS
a) Quotations for consideration – defibrillator installation, Speed Indicator Device replacement batteries, community safety camera
b) Invoices to be paid
c) External audit report
6. To resolve to sign as a true and accurate record the minutes of the full Council meeting dated 23rd July 2026, matters arising to be covered for information only
7. Correspondence and Information received items not covered on agenda (for information only) to include CPR training for Renhold community update
8. Close of Meeting – DATE and TIME OF NEXT MEETING – to be Thursday 15th October 2026 at 7pm
