NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the ANNUAL meeting of RENHOLD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at Renhold Primary School, Church End from 7:00pm on Thursday 14th May 2026. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out below. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

3. OPEN FORUM – members of the public invited to speak
3.1 Planning and Development – for full Council to agree responses to the Applications for:
a) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00724/MAO Outline application for up to 330 dwellings, open space, drainage, footpath improvements and vehicular access with all matters reserved other than access at Land Off Hookhams Lane – to consider quotation for engagement of professional planning consultant to collate Parish Council response
b) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00626/FUL Single storey side extensions at 38 Brickfield Road
c) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00757/TPO T1 Weeping Willow – frame work pollard at Willow Barn,
Ravensden Road
d) APPLICATION NO:-26/00429/MAF Demolition of dwelling, formation of access and erection of
10 dwellings with associated roads, garaging and landscaping at Land East Of Hookhams Lane –
ratification of Parish Council comments to application
3.2 East West Rail public consultation response to be discussed and agreed
3.3 Planning and Development: to consider Applications and agree responses to Applications received after the publication of the agenda if applicable
4. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR, appointment of PARISH COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES, and PARISH COUNCIL VACANCY to include ability to co-opt
5. FINANCE AND POLICY MATTERS to include
a) Quotes for consideration
b) Invoices to be paid
6. To resolve to sign as a true and accurate record the minutes of the full Council meeting dated 2nd April 2026, matters arising to be covered for information only
7. Correspondence and Information received for items not covered on agenda (for information only) to include Rural Bulky Waste Collection schedule
