NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE FULL PARISH COUNCIL
I hereby give you notice that the meeting of RENHOLD PARISH COUNCIL will be held at
RENHOLD VILLAGE HALL, WILDEN ROAD
from 7:00pm on Thursday 15th October 2026. All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend a meeting for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted as set out below. Members of the public are invited to speak during the Open Forum.

MEETING BUSINESS TO BE TRANSACTED
1. Welcome by Chair, apologies for absence, declarations of Personal and Prejudicial Interest
2. OPEN FORUM – members of the public invited to speak
3. Parish Councillor vacancy – ability to co-opt
4.1 Planning and Development – for full Council to consider:
a) APPLICATION NO:- 26/00724/MAO Outline application for up to 330 dwellings, open space, drainage, footpath improvements and vehicular access with all matters reserved other than access at Land Off Hookhams Lane – amended plans, ratification of planning consultant engagement and parish Council response to amended plans, to include update from Planning Officer, consideration of actions ahead of application going to Bedford Borough Council October Planning Committee
b) APPLICATION NO:- 26/01838/FUL Alterations to elevations, addition of balcony above existing rear extension at Castle Dairy House, St Neots Road
c) APPLICATION NO:- 26/01873/FUL Single storey side and rear extension to replace existing conservatories at Gadsey Brook Cottage, Water Lane
d) APPLICATION NO:- 26/01804/TPO T1 Large Laurel by the garage. Take down in sections to near ground level and poison the stump. T2 Ash Tree, Crown lift to 6m from ground level. T3 Ash Tree. Crown lift to 6m from ground level at The Laurels 2 Ravensden Road
4.2 Planning and Development: agree responses to Applications received after the publication of the agenda if applicable
4.3 Planning and Development: Neighbourhood Plan aspiration list review
5. Borough Councillor Report to include update on trees on the Green at Green End, dropped kurb request for Brickfield Road, Langlands Road hedge issue, surface outside All Saints Church, Ward Fund application
6. FINANCE AND POLICY MATTERS
a) Quotations for consideration – defibrillator installation
b) Invoices to be paid
c) External audit report
d) Grant application request for Renhold Remembers
7. To resolve to sign as a true and accurate record the minutes of the full Council meeting dated 10th September 2026, matters arising to be covered for information only, planning enforcement matter Hookhams Lane, East West Rail Bedford Community Representative Working Group meeting feedback, Bedford Borough Council diversion of footpaths 17 and 20 (Green End), footpath 39 (Salph End) letters
8. Correspondence and Information received items not covered on agenda (for information only) to include CPR training for Renhold community update
9. Close of Meeting – DATE and TIME OF NEXT MEETING – to be Thursday 19th November 2026 at 7pm
