The Parish Council have been notified that the Planning Officer at Bedford Borough Council has issued the Officer report and decision notice to refuse permission for the planning application 26/00429/MAF –Demolition of dwelling, formation of access and erection of 10 dwellings with associated roads, garaging and landscaping at Land East Of Hookhams Lane.
